All returns must have prior authorization. No returns on goggles, nose clips, ear plugs, swim caps except for manufacture defects or shipping damage.

In consideration of the rental fee the lessor will provide bikes to the lessee on a rental basis.

The bike will be available for pick-up one day prior to the event date without further cost or obligation. Bikes can be available earlier at additional charge or by prior written agreement between the lessor and lessee.

The bike must be returned to the lessor before the awards ceremony the day of the race (the "due date"). All bikes not return as outlined above will be considered late. The bike must be returned to the lessor at the event before the awards ceremony or at Montauk Bike Shop 725A Montauk Hwy., Montauk, NY 11954 by the end of regular business hours of race day. The lessee will assume the responsibility, and any cost, of returning the bike to the lessor.

The lessee will be responsible for any damage caused to the bike by the lessee and/or other people or causes during the time that the bike are in the lessee’s possession. If, in the opinion of the lessor, any bike damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the time that the bike are in the lessee’s possession the lessor will charge to the lessee for all parts and labor to restore bike to contract condition repair (the repair or replace is decision is compleatly up to the lessor's discression). If any bike is damaged to a degree that they can not be or repaired adequately, in the judgment of the lessor, the lessor will charge the lessee the retail replacement in addition to the rental fee

Late fees: If the bike is not returned to Tri-Guy.com or Montauk Bike Shop. by the due date indicated above, the lessor will charge the lessee a late charge of $49.99per day per bike. If the bike are not returned, in reasonable condition, within 10 business days of the due date the lessor will charge the lessee a replacement fee of full retail value per bike in addition to the rental fee (this fee will be charged against your pre-authorization deposit and the balance as a seperate charge see below).

A deposit of $150.00 shall be taken from the lessee in the form of a credit card pre-authorization on the Thursday before the race. This is a pre-authorization deposit therefore dose not ever become a charge to your account provided the bike is not damaged as described above, replacement, or late fees shall apply).

Bikes that are reserved will be charged the agreed rate plus tax at the time of reservation and are non-refundable 10 days prior to the event. There are no refunds if the bike is not used during the duration the bike are in the possession of the lessee.

The full rental payment may be credited towards the purchase of a new wetsuit from Tri-Guy.com provided the purchase is made within 10 days of the event date.

By placing this order I acknowledge I have read and understand the details of this agreement. I agree to the above terms and conditions and I agree to be responsible for the return of the wetsuits in good condition on or before the due date.

The wetsuits must be returned to the lessor before the awards ceremony the day of the race (the "due date") or if prior shipping arrangements were made no later than the first Wednesday after the date of the event. All suits not return as outlined above will be considered late. The wetsuits must be returned to the lessor at the event before the awards ceremony or at 725 Montauk Hwy., Montauk Bike Shop Montauk, NY 11954 during regular business hours the following day.The lessee will assume the responsibility, and any cost, of returning the wetsuits to the lessor.

The lessee will be responsible for any damage caused to the wetsuits by the lessee and/or other people or causes during the time that the wetsuits are in the lessee’s possession. If, in the opinion of the lessor, any wetsuits are soiled or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the time that the wetsuits are in the lessee’s possession the lessor will charge a repair fee of $25.00. If any wetsuits are soiled or damaged to a degree that they can not be cleaned or repaired adequately, in the judgment of the lessor, the lessor will charge the lessee a replacement fee of $150.00 per wetsuit in addition to the rental fee (this fee will be deducted from the deposit of $150.00 per wetsuit for more details on the deposit see the underlying section on deposits).

Late fees: If the wetsuits are not returned to Tri-Guy.com. by the due date indicated above, the lessor will charge the lessee a late charge of $10.00 per day per wetsuit. If the wetsuits are not returned, in reasonable condition, within 10 business days of the due date the lessor will charge the lessee a replacement fee of $150.00 per wetsuit in addition to the rental fee (this fee will be charged against your pre-authorization deposit see below).
